We have implemented a membership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application to help us engage with our 600+ members. The application will integrate with our website and accounting applications. The CRM application comes from a company called Infoodle and will allow us to maintain a member database, capture registrations and event bookings including payments, send emails, text messages and newsletters, create tasks, rosters and allow member access to our library.
